These terms keep AppDap fair, dependable and useful for everyone. They apply to the AppDap apps, workspaces, hosted customer pages and related services. Purchasing or using AppDap confirms your agreement. If you use AppDap for an organisation, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.
What lifetime access includes
A lifetime purchase gives you access for the operating life of AppDap to every flagship app included in the offer you purchased, together with the features, templates, compatibility updates and security maintenance delivered inside those apps.
You receive the complete editing and branding experience, hosted outputs, customer-facing pages, available data and document exports, and the commercial rights described below. No subscription is required to keep using the purchased flagship apps.
AppDap may create new, separate products in the future. Your purchased flagship suite remains yours under this lifetime licence.
Commercial rights are included

You choose the offers, prices, terms, rewards, eligibility, expiry, customer messages and fulfilment for every system you publish. You remain the direct business behind memberships, certificates, prepaid packages, rewards, coupons and client services. Customer payments stay between you and the payment method you choose.
Use accurate business information, obtain the consent your business needs, keep customer promises and apply the rules that govern your location and industry. AppDap templates give you a strong editable starting point, ready for the details that make your business unique.
A fair-use standard that protects everyone
AppDap is built for legitimate business activity. Keep your account and published systems accurate, respectful, permission-based and lawful. This means using genuine offers, honest claims, consented contact lists and appropriate business information.
Activities involving deception, fraud, spam, impersonation, unsafe data collection, unlawful offers, security interference or misleading referral structures fall outside this standard. Reviews must always reflect genuine customer choice rather than rewards tied to a positive rating.
If an activity puts customers, AppDap or the wider service at risk, we may pause the affected activity while it is reviewed and resolved.
Your business data stays yours
You control the business, employee, client and customer information entered into your systems. You instruct AppDap to process that information so the apps can work. Available records, documents and portable configurations can be reviewed and exported, and supported records can be deleted from your account.
Respect each person’s privacy choices, including unsubscribe and suppression requests, when using information inside or outside AppDap. Our Privacy Policy explains how AppDap protects and processes information.
Your 30-day one-click refund guarantee
Explore every app, build real business systems and decide with confidence. During the first 30 calendar days after purchase, the account owner can use the Refund Me button displayed throughout the authenticated product to begin a full refund without emailing support.
After confirmation, access closes and the full refund is submitted to the original payment method immediately. Your bank or payment provider then completes the return to your account.
The guarantee is available once per customer. After a voluntary refund, the refunded customer email cannot purchase AppDap again. This 30-day promise adds to every consumer right that applies to your purchase and never replaces those rights.
Payments made simple
Your checkout shows the purchase price and any applicable tax before payment. Our secure payment provider processes the transaction and payment-card details. AppDap receives the purchase confirmation needed to activate your account.
Keeping AppDap dependable
We maintain AppDap, improve the flagship apps and make proportionate updates for security, compatibility, performance, service integrity and applicable law. Maintenance and essential updates support the long-term operation of the platform. Your stated lifetime flagship-app entitlement will not be converted into a mandatory subscription.
Clear responsibility and protected rights
AppDap provides the software, hosted systems and commercial rights described in your offer. You review the business information and outputs you publish, choose the rules that fit your business and keep exports that matter to your operations.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable law remain fully protected. Where the law allows a contractual limit, AppDap’s aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the amount paid to AppDap in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
